One of the most beautiful things to come out of the internet is the diffusion of cool things that are out of Copyright. The Flickr Commons Collection is one such thing, and Sydney Powerhouse Museum has come to the party by uploading their phenomenal collection.
These three snaps are from the Tyrrell Collection, a beautiful album of shots around Sydney and NSW. Developed from glass plates, these three samples show Bellabie Bore, the David Jones corner on George St (and trams! I still mourn for the loss of trams), and Frank Senior the Sculler.
A beautiful way to wander through yesteryear.
